About me
Jaclyn has 15 years of experience leading science and environmental education programs throughout Alberta. She has a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Education from the University of Calgary. Her passion for connecting others with nature is integral to everything she does. Jaclyn is passionate about teaching, learning, traveling, languages and life!
Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) is Canada’s voice for wilderness. The mission of the Southern Alberta Chapter is to protect and conserve the vital ecological function of Southern Alberta’s public lands and waters in collaboration with Albertans, in a way that advances reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. CPAWS award-wining education experiences are hands-on, fun, inclusive, science-based, and entirely about inspiring and empowering ecological connection, change, and changemakers!
