About me
Geneviève joined the Association’s executive staff in the Teacher Welfare program area in 2015 and is now the associate coordinator in Teacher Employment Services based out of the Southern Alberta Regional Office (SARO). Teacher Employment Services assists teachers with professional problems including professional relations, terminations, suspensions, transfers and evaluations. Genevieve currently serves as the Association’s expert in the area of Occupational Health & Safety, specifically related to issues of violence and harassment, and is the staff advisor to Second Languages and Intercultural Council. Geneviève holds a BA degree from the University of Ottawa, a BEd degree from the University of Western Ontario and a MEd degree from the University of Lethbridge. Prior to joining Association staff, Geneviève was an assistant principal with the Calgary Catholic School District.
