This course is designed to equip educators with foundational knowledge and practical tools to support and understand students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the classroom. The content covers a comprehensive range of topics essential for addressing the diverse needs of students with autism, including diagnostic processes, sensory processing, motor skills, theory of mind, executive functioning, and communication. Additionally, the course explores activities of daily living, family dynamics, and social life, providing a holistic approach to supporting students with autism.
