In this DEMO exhibitor profile I have tried to set up some of the things you can do and how to do it.
Always click SAVE at the bottom of whatever place you are making changes to.
VIDEO STREAM FIELD:I have a video of my yard taken from my kitchen window in the
video stream field as an example. When you add your video make sure to log out and then test the video to make sure your link works.
You can also post a Zoom or Teams link or whatever platform you like to use for online meetings in the
video stream field. If you set up a Zoom meeting make sure you say what time you will be there on each day of convention.
HYPERLINK TEXT IN ABOUT BOX:You don't have the ability to hyperlink text from your profile. Example of hyperlink:
Palliser Convention Website The hyperlink can link to anything that can be accessed using a web brower including files in your Google Drive etc. If you want hyperlinked text you need to type your information into a Word document and hyperlink the text in Word and then paste it into your Sched profile. The hyperlinks will be retained.
SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS:After you log in as an exhibitor, if you click on the little face circle or your logo in the top right and then on settings you can change your email or password, and you can add social media icons. I added my Facebook to this exhibitor profile as an example, but you can also add twitter etc. There are other preferences to toggle on or off as well.
